For major exhibitions we recommend confirming your stand at least 4–6 weeks ahead of the show dates, so there’s time for design approval, fabrication and any venue documentation. Smaller activations can often be turned around faster — ask us about your specific dates.
Yes. Design, fabrication and on-site installation are all handled by our own crew, so nothing is subcontracted out and nothing gets lost in translation between designer and builder.
Our portable and modular exhibition stands are built specifically for brands that exhibit more than once a year, with panels and graphics designed to be swapped or refreshed between shows.
A shell-scheme package typically covers the booth panels, branding graphics, counters or kiosks, and basic lighting, with backlit and island backlit upgrades available for higher-visibility positions.
Yes — backdrops, pop-ups, flags, event structures, and printed supplies like lanyards and badges can all be ordered as part of the same quote as your stand.
Yes. Delivery, build and tear-down are scheduled around your event’s access windows, including back-to-back events where the stand needs to come down and go straight into storage or the next venue.
