About Zhiyan Advertising
We founded Zhiyan Advertising on a simple premise: a brand’s physical presence deserves the same precision as its visual identity. From the first sketch to the final illuminated install, we keep every stage in-house.
Today we work across events and exhibitions, digital and offset printing, indoor and outdoor signage, and corporate gifting for clients based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and every other Emirate.
Our Story
Dubai’s skyline moves fast new storefronts, new showrooms, new exhibition halls, all competing for the same passing glance. Zhiyan Advertising exists to make sure our clients win that glance, with signage and branding that reads as considered rather than generic.
We work across signboards and letters, glass and film graphics, event and exhibition builds, and full corporate identity rollouts treating each as a craft discipline in its own right, not an afterthought bolted onto a print run.
Every brief starts with a site visit, not a template. That’s how a reception sign, a shopfront and an exhibition stand for the same client end up feeling like one brand, everywhere it appears.

How We Work
A single, transparent process the same team stays with your project from the first measurement to the final light-up.
We visit your space, take precise measurements and understand your brand, budget and municipality requirements.
Concepts, materials and lighting are proposed and refined with you before a single panel is cut.
Acrylic, aluminium, LED and print components are fabricated in-house to exact tolerances.
Our own installation crew fits, wires and tests every piece on site \u2014 then walks you through the handover.
Our work runs across four disciplines; design, print, fabrication and signage installation, all handled by our own team rather than passed on to subcontractors. We also take care of compliance on your behalf, managing municipality approvals and permit paperwork for signage and outdoor branding in-house, so you don’t have to navigate that process yourself.
Everything we produce is built for the UAE climate, using UV-stable materials, weatherproofed LED components and fixings rated to withstand extreme heat and sun exposure. From quote to installation, you deal with a single point of contact, whether the job is an exhibition stand, a storefront sign, or a print run. And with our base in Dubai, we provide coverage across all seven Emirates
